Written in 1989 and 2014, edited further in 2015
and 2016. 31 pages of size A5 in 12-point type.
The underlying document is spread out over three tex files (one for each section). In order to create from these an html file using the htlatex program, I combined them into one, so that I could more easily eliminate the ligatures (which for some reason cause a problem for the htlatex program). I also stopped the footnote numbering from reset on each page: this too seemed to cause a problem. Finally, to the css file produced by htlatex, I added lines for larger margins and justification of text.
